The access to your account may has been banned due to a security issue. It is part of our policy to conduct random security checks on all the members. B2B Trade’s highest purpose is to provide a safe environment for all the users. Your personal data will never be revealed to any third party and will only be used having your best interest at heart.
After the deactivation of your account, 24 hours are needed in order for any information to be erased from B2B Trade. If you can still see some of your personal information on the search list please contact us at [email protected].

In order to post a new product you have to follow the steps below:
  • Sign in on B2B Trade.
  • Select the option “New Products” from the available options.
  • Choose a category and fill the form.
  • After you provide all the essential information, please save and submit the form.
It is quite essential to use the best keywords in order your products to be projected and provide as many details as you can in their description. Also an extra tip: Upload pictures that will make your product stand out.
Through B2B platform you can see the products and the offers available. After you sign in, under each product you can leave a message and your contact details and the supplier is going to reach out to you.
On the main page of B2B Trade you can search for every product, offer or supplier through our search bar.
Yes you can see all the offers and the products on the main bar on the dashboard after you sign in.
On each product, you can check its availability if the supplier has uploaded these kind of information.
No, you can upload as many products or offers as you wish to.
In that case the specific product may be currently unavailable or the supplier has withdrawn it from its list.
Yes, you can contact the supplier from the contact info provided on its profile or through the contact form of our page.
Under each product, there is a communication form. Through that you can send a message to the supplier. Furthermore from the profile of each supplier you can see its number.
You could always try and resend your message and use the phone number provided on the profile of its supplier. .
